They are fully-cooked thin German Wieners made
without garlic.
They contain a blend of three cheeses that give the lean beef some
moisture.
Gentle reheating is suggested for the product to retain the cheese.
Grill, microwave, bake or lightly simmer.

- Blood Sausage - beef blood and bacon speck that is lightly
seasoned and cooked. Available in a piece or ring. Winter item.
- Fine Mettwurst - a rich sandwich spread without garlic.
- Irish Potato Sausage- Beef, pork, cooked potato with skins,
sweet Spanish onions and parsley
