Sausage Shoppe Kielbasi

Choose from three varieties:

1. Fresh Kielbasi

  • An all-pork sausage
  • Available year-round
  • Sold with garlic rolled or without garlic in links (last week of the month).
  • Must be cooked-- in a 350º oven at least 20 minutes per side or on the grill.

2. Holiday Kielbasi (H.K.)

Voted "Best of the City" by Cleveland Magazine 1998

This hand-crafted delicacy is smoked and fully-cooked. It is made primarily with beef, with pork added as a natural tenderizer. It is seasoned with a splash of wine and a touch of garlic. H.K. can be eaten as is, or warmed in the microwave, on the grill, in the oven or on the stove.

Holiday Kielbasi was created by our founder, Hans Kirchberger, who produced H.K. for only two holidays a year. Holiday Kielbasi is now made for 7 major holidays throughout the year.

For the three summer holidays, H.K. is sold in links for easier grilling; there are five links to a pound. For the four winter holidays, H.K. is rolled like our fresh Kielbasi.

Available beginning ten days before:

  • New Year's Day
  • Easter
  • Memorial Day
  • Independence Day
  • Labor Day
  • Thanksgiving through Christmas

3. Smoked Kielbasi

  • A beef and pork combination

  • Available year-round

  • Fully cooked and smoked--just heat and eat!
